Freedom of Spirit can be explored in different ways. SOLO and Foundation Level 1 are the two ways to begin.
You can experience the work simply for yourself, or, if you feel called to bring the work to others, continue into the accredited pathway.
Foundation Level 1, Practitioner Level 2 and Facilitator Level 3 form the accredited pathway. Refresh and Activation offer opportunities to revisit, deepen and support the journey along the way.
